Smash 3 is a visual overhaul of Brawl, with the goal of bringing Smash 4's visual style to Brawl. Though we'll be bringing the visual style, we don't plan on replicating Smash 4 1:1, as there are some things that just can't be brought over. We won't be adding Smash 4 characters. Melee's gameplay designed to add rich, technical gameplay to a balanced cast of characters while additionally enhancing the speed of play. Get a NTSC Brawl Disc and install Project M on a PAL Wii, it works with mine, too, and it's by far the best hack imo. If you don't want to spend any money then you can try out good old Brawl+, I think there was a PAL build up to 4.2 or 4.1 (which was the best Brawl+ version anyways, they screwed the game up after these two).
